been so long i came in again.. haha.. i would admit i kinda lazy la... haha.. anyway a day ago just came back from the DOTC... hMm.. i wouldnt say it is good but there is alot alot alot room for improvements... we were not really well-prepared and things werent well planned as well... can see loopholes about... haaz. then after that next day continue with meeting as in a debrief for the DOTC. it was a super long meeting man! i have not been in a meeting for such long hours since im out of secondary school. started at about 11.30am and we ended at 6.30pm. butt of cause became flat. energy running low. then after that went to meet to help Jeremy with his enrolment package... he is coming to my course.. finally his wish came through. lucky boy** lOl!
then today later in the morning gotta go back to secondary school just to see on the Speech Day. hopefully it turns out well =) after that gotta rush back to TP for my prog com meeting. whahaha. this time real and serious planning gonna activate very fast. no time to slack too much... but of cause rest is a must man! haha. here also things turns out to go smoothly. we cant afford to make mistakes on the actual camp if not ma lu. haha.
hMm... just some thoughts i made on my way home after the long day of meeting. feeling things tend to or might get worse. haiz. just dunno how to explain it.. its just as though im gonna meet somehow an identical incident which happened on me the last semester. Cause during the meeting we caught up with some arguments about which lasted very long and took us damn long to settle it. He say her, she say him, we say he/her.. blah blah blah.. ARgh!
Things which we are to accomplish we gotto move on, no time bothering about nonsense comments made around you. Uneasy feeling may arouse you but as a leader, look at the BIG PICTURE, ask yourself is that problem gonna affect your progress or the team progress?? If NO, go on with what you gotto do, no point frustating about it. (this is one of a point during my cca days... haha. no offend. =))
